For breakfast, I had Shakeology again.. same recipe, minus the coconut flakes.
Lunch consisted of a salad with leftover salmon and pine nuts. Oh, and I was definitely tested that day because Mike ordered Pizza Hut and I did not have one single bite of any of this!
Talk about self control!
I'm not gonna mention all of the supplements I had to take again, they're all the same supplements at all the same times.. for week 1 at least. I'll definitely mention the different supplements in weeks 2 and 3.
Dinner was a veggie taco topped with avocado and pico de gallo. I didn't roll it up like a taco though. The tortilla is too small, lol. It all goes in the same way anyway, it doesn't matter what it looks like.
You guys are going to think Mike is so rude after this picture, lol.
He bought cookies and guess who baked them? Me. Did I have any though? No. I sat there and watched him and Caleb eat a couple and I got jealous. Lol, so I had carrots and hummus.
All the food for day 2 was so good and I would definitely eat them again! I drank all of my water and I didn't feel hungry at all. Overall, day 2 was a success! Gotta catch up and blog day 3.
