Ultimate Reset: Day 11

It's been a good day today! I received my new Shakeology bag for this month. So excited when I saw it on my doorstep! If you haven't had this before, you should seriously consider trying it. Breakfast was my vanilla Shakeology, just mixed with water.. and a side of pineapple chunks.


Lunch was leftover quinoa lentil pilaf and I was supposed to have a cucumber and tomato salad on the side, but I didn't really care for that recipe in week 1.. so I subbed it for a fruit bowl.


Dinner was a vegetable miso soup, Swiss chard, and quinoa. I loved this miso soup! Way better and more flavorful than the plain miso soup in week 1.

Anyway, I hope I can try to get a good nights sleep tonight like I did last night! Till tomorrow..
